The Wascoe’s perform at JCJC’s faculty recital | Schools

The following is a press release from Jones County Junior College:

Jones County Junior College vocal instructor, Greg Wascoe and his wife, award winning soprano and USM instructor, Dr. Rebecca Wascoe will be performing in concert at the JCJC Foote Chapel on March 4, at 7 p.m.  JCJC faculty member, Dr. Theresa Sanchez will be accompanying the couple on the piano. The public is invited to attend this free concert. 

The Wascoe’s will perform a variety of musical styles from classical Mozart, to the late romantic pieces performed in German, Czech, and Italian, to musical theatre, and 21st century art song. This recital will vary from the highly dramatic emotional arias to the humorous, and everything in between.  For more information contact the JCJC Fine Arts Department at 601-477-4094.
