The following is a press release from Jones County Junior College:

Jones County Junior College is now offering computer based GED tests at its Pearson VUE Testing Center at the Ronald E. Whitehead Advanced Technology Center in Ellisville. 

The testing center is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.  A valid, state-issued ID is required for testing and registration is required prior to taking the test, which can be completed online at www.gedtestingservice.com or in person at the ATC in Room 214. 

A credit card will be required to complete registration.  Anyone under 17 years of age will need their parent’s permission before testing with a notarized application.  Also, students under compulsory school law will still be required to meet state GED testing guidelines.

The cost per test is $24 or $120 for all five tests. For more information please call (601) 477-4164, or toll-free at 1-855-JONES-11.
